We made pizza tonight! I made the dough last night. I saw the recipe in Everyday Food’s July issue. I liked how I was able to make the dough the night before and then refrigerate it for the next day. I actually made 3 balls of dough, so we’ll have some more later this week and maybe a week or two from now (I froze 1 and they keep for a month frozen).

Pizza looks great! I love making homemade pizza. Try this sauce, its so great. Don’t let the anchovy taste scare you away. It add something that you just can’t quite place, but its so good!
